Position Summary:

The Kauai Division Manager oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the Kauai Division, including personnel, administrative, production, financial, and customer service functions, while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to obtain OSHA/HIOSH certification

  • Valid Hawaii driver’s license required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Sensitivity to confidential matters required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, professionalism, and business ethics

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Knowledge of business operations, production processes, and workplace safety

  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operations


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Kauai Division

  • Supervise, assign, and review the work of division personnel

  • Coordinate administrative, production, customer service, and support functions

  • Monitor customer orders, production schedules, materials, and operational records

  • Oversee invoices, payments, bank deposits, expense reports, and other financial activities

  • Prepare and review reports, correspondence, and operational documentation

  • Assist with annual budgeting and monitor division expenses

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and corporate standards

  • Establish and maintain efficient work procedures and operating standards

  • Address customer service, retention, and fulfillment issues

  • Coordinate with sales personnel, independent contractors, vendors, and corporate office

  • Exercise independent judgment in resolving daily operational issues and escalate complex matters to the President & CEO


Work Schedule:

  • Full-time

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Possible evening or weekend work required, subject to change with little or no notice
