Retail Sales Associate (Hourly pay PLUS Commission)

Here at our company, Bargreen Ellingson, we have a unique Retail Sales opportunity...... We don't work on the weekends or in the evenings. We even have several holidays off, so you can enjoy those times with family and friends.   

We serve the Food Service & Hospitality industry of Hawaii, and we’re looking for a Retail Rockstar to bring great energy and a positive attitude to the team.  

Oh, and did we mention there’s commission pay after 3 months?

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming customers like the VIPs they are
• Helping them find exactly what they need
• Restocking the showroom
• Teaming up with the Outside Sales team to deliver 5-star service
• Keeping things organized, upbeat, and running smoothly
• Doing whatever needs to be done to help the team (teamwork makes anything possible)

What We’re Looking For:

• Some retail sales experience (or just really great people skills)
• Solid math & computer basics
• Clear, friendly communication with customers and each other
• Someone who can keep up when things get busy (and still have fun!)
• Reliable and social team player who enjoys people and serving others 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must clear pre-employment screening upon a contingent offer
