Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – In-Home Care

Service Area: Lillington, NC and surrounding areas within 20–30 miles, including Dunn, Sanford, Fuquay-Varina, Spring Lake, Fayetteville, and Angier.

Job Description: Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate caregivers to become part of our team. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RN’s & LPN’s to provide care to patients in their homes.

As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients in the comfort of their own homes by assisting with medical and personal care needs.

Responsibilities:

• G-Tube feeding management
• Experience with proper documentation of skilled nursing care in home health
• Understands Dr’s order to complete in-home skilled nursing care
• Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to in-home treatment
• Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
• Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentations.

Requirements:

• RN license in North Carolina
• LPN license in North Carolina
• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current Automobile Insurance

Physical Demands:

• Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
