Job DetailsJob Location: Central Point - Lima, OH 45804Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 HourlyJob Category: General LaborSummary Work with a team to accurately, and safely complete the packaging of finished goods from spray dryer. Must adhere to all established company GMP’s and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Packages finished goods by hand or by operating various pieces of machinery, following customer specification, company production, and safety standards. Mixes batches to the correct specifications per the customer. Setup, breakdown, and clean-up various pieces of production machinery. Perform CIP during sanitations. Accurately records and completes various stages of the production process. Reports to the work area on time and prepared to complete assignments. Reports food safety and quality problems to Operations Manager. Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to address equipment or product concerns. Participate in shift handovers, providing updates on production progress and issues. Performs any other tasks as assigned. QualificationsSupervisory Responsibilities Directly leads production team members during assigned shift. Provides guidance, training, performance feedback, and support to ensure operational goals are met. May provide input on performance evaluations and disciplinary actions in coordination with the Operations Manager. Qualifications Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous food manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Shift Hours Standard hours would be 3 PM – 1:30 AM (4 days a week 10hr shifts) with potential OT as needed on Friday’s. These will change when we change production back to 3rds.
