Full Job Description:Â
The Branch Manager oversees the operations of the clinic and also obtains his/her RBT. As an RBT, you provide quality ABA services to children with a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders. These services (billed to the patient's health insurance) include direct therapy including assisting with the 6-month reassessments, working with the BCBA in creating and updating goals as well as communicating with the family. We strive to provide these services for children and their families who often could not otherwise access services.Â
This is a great opportunity to be in a leadership role and be a Certified RBT as the company will pay for the training and expenses for you to obtain this Certification.Â
Job Duties:Â
Personnel Supervision (not clinical supervision) for RBTs. Coordinate disciplinary and employee separation processes while maintaining accurate documentation and records
Communication with parentsÂ
Coordinating care, onboarding new patients, maintaining and enhancing clinic proceduresÂ
Scheduling of Staff-Daily schedule, Speech, OT, LunchesÂ
Orientate new staffÂ
Give performance reviews for non-exempt staff
Help staff apply for RBT examÂ
Ordering for the center: Toys/SuppliesÂ
Medication needs- dispensing and keeping meds in med boxÂ
Manage outings for staff and carry-in/ordering lunch for staff monthly Jump in for therapy when neededÂ
Therapist tracking sheet- PTO/Unpaid/Chores/Tardy/Good things Chore chart- creation and options for implementation Â
Parent Reminders/Parent liaison; Parent’s direct contactÂ
Monitor staff checking in throughout the day, helping with bathroom breaksÂ
RBT duties are:Â
Assist BCBA in conducting behavioral and skills (re)assessments as required by funding sources, and as needed based on patient needsÂ
Provides input and works collaboratively with BCBA on behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans revising as neededÂ
Assists and provide daily living care needs for the patient during services
Performs evidenced-based social skills, behavioral and other related ABA services to patients and/or familiesÂ
Builds and maintains positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the time of treatment for the benefit of the patientÂ
Completes regularly scheduled therapy sessionsÂ
Identifies opportunities and growth throughout the patient’s experience to provide feedback to the BCBA as well as collaborate on the development of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans via electronic system(s)
Additional HR-Related Tasks:
Time and attendanceÂ
Keep track of Safety Care trained staffÂ
COVID policy and updated manualsÂ
Audit HR files; ensure background checks/CPR/RBT certificates are in them Keep track of when clients are late/absent/etc.Â
Create the car line procedure
Create/add to the incident report sheetÂ
Create/follow PTO/Unpaid time protocolÂ
Implement/monitor levels system/bonus structureÂ
Aid in scheduling/tracking of monthly evals as neededÂ
Create and keep track of all Absent/Tardy MemorandumsÂ
Create nap time list and monitor nap time protocolsÂ

Requirements:Â
Willing to obtain (at company's cost) Certified and maintain credentialing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as an RBT in good standing
Meets and maintains BACB RBT supervision requirements (after certified)
Provides and maintains a clear criminal record provided by the state law enforcement agency or Federal Criminal records check systemÂ
Input data, information, daily therapy session notes, and other applicable items into the electronic data systemÂ
Work Environment:
Work is performed in professional environments that maintain HIPAA compliance as well as the BACB ethics and other applicable legal requirements. In addition, our BCBA, as well as administrative staff, are available for any questions, support, information, or other assistance that you might have or need.
