Position Overview & Responsibilities
As an Branch Support Manager you will support the Branch Manager in both clinical andΒ Β operational leadership, including but not limited to:
β Managing and supporting RBT staff, including scheduling and coverage
β Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations
β Coordinating and communicating with parents and caregivers
β Supporting overall team performance and service delivery
β Serve as Acting Branch Manager during absences or vacancies, ensuring continuity of
services and operations
Operational & Billing Expectations
In this role, you will be expected to support and maintain appropriate staffing, scheduling, andΒ billing alignment based on client census, including:
β Ensuring adequate RBT coverage to support client programming and authorized hours
β Monitoring and maintaining billing expectations tied to enrollment and service delivery
β Supporting clinic targets are as follows:
Β Β Β β Less than 25 full-time enrolled clients: 40 RBT billing hours are required
Β Β Β β For 25 or more full-time enrolled clients: 20 administrative hours and 20 RBT billing hours are required
Β Β Β β For 30 or more full-time enrolled clients: 30 administrative hours and 10 RBT billing hours are required
Your administrative support will fluctuate based on patient enrollment levels.
You are responsible for proactively identifying gaps in coverage, scheduling, or billing
performance and communicating these to leadership in a timely manner.
Clinical & Compliance Responsibilities
β Deliver ABA therapy services to clients and families
β Complete accurate and timely session notes and data collection
β Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA
β Ensure continuity and coordination of care
β Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and all payer requirements
β Maintain readiness for audits by BACB, insurance providers, and internal compliance
reviews

β Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
β Report any concerns related to clients, families, or operations promptly
β Maintain professionalism and accountability in all aspects of the role
β You are required to keep your attendance points at or below 5 in order to maintain your
position.
Additional Information
β You are responsible for maintaining your RBT certification, including any associated fees
β All company materials, documents, and proprietary information must remain confidential
β You must provide at least 30 daysβ notice for any changes that may impact your
availability or ability to perform your role

information related to clients, staff, and company operations. Strict adherence to confidentiality
policies and HIPAA regulations is required. Any breach may result in disciplinary action, up to
and including termination.
