We’re looking for a Content Strategist who will take ownership of shaping, guiding, and optimizing content strategies across a defined set of client websites. This role blends analytical thinking, creative direction, and cross‑team collaboration to ensure content efforts support business goals, attract qualified audiences, and deliver measurable performance.

You’ll be a central contributor within REV’s content organization, leading a multidisciplinary team of Content Coordinators, Creators, Specialists, and Copywriters. We’re seeking someone who is strategic, curious, and highly organized—someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and understands how content drives commercial impact. A strong editorial eye, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous learning are key.

Core Areas of Impact

Strategic Leadership

  • Build comprehensive content strategies for your assigned portfolio and present them to the Senior Content Marketing Manager for approval.

  • Break down strategic direction into clear campaigns, initiatives, and actionable plans informed by competitive research and subject‑matter insights.

Content Operations & Team Management

  • Lead the content team within your portfolio, ensuring consistent output, strong quality, and smooth collaboration across roles.

  • Manage the production of editorial and sponsorship content by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining workflow efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, introduce automation, and integrate AI‑powered tools to enhance productivity.

  • Oversee the adoption and governance of AI solutions, ensuring scalable workflows that maintain editorial integrity.

  • Mentor junior team members to strengthen their skills and help them understand how their work contributes to broader business goals.

Cross‑Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with different teams and external vendors to support content production and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

  • Align content initiatives with Commercial and SEO leadership to ensure all efforts support overarching business objectives.

Insights, Optimization & Reporting

  • Evaluate content performance, identify gaps, and recommend strategies to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion.

  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to extract insights and guide decision‑making.

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams, agencies, and vendors to convert data findings into meaningful recommendations that support continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing content for brands or publishers.

  • Strong editorial judgment, excellent writing skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Solid understanding of how content influences business performance.

  • Creative, curious, and able to communicate strategy in clear, engaging ways.

  • Strong organizational and project‑management skills.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.

  • Experience with affiliate marketing is an advantage.

  • Experience with content related to sports or card games like poker, etc., is considered an asset.

What We Offer

A collaborative, growth-oriented environment where you’ll be empowered to make an impact, learn continuously, and develop across all dimensions of Content — not just one.
