We are currently looking for a EPIC/CERNER Application Analyst, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, build, and maintain EPIC/Cerner applications to support clinical and business operations.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues, bugs, or optimization opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot application errors and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts and stakeholders to implement system changes based on requirements.
  • Perform system testing (unit, regression, and user acceptance testing).
  • Maintain system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and changes.
  • Support end-users by resolving incidents, service requests, and providing guidance on system usage.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data security regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or related field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience working with EPIC and/or Cerner applications.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, maintenance, and support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows and clinical systems.
  • Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
  • Knowledge of integration standards (HL7, FHIR is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients.
