About the Role:

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and organized Office Manager to join our growing precast concrete company in Western, New York.


The role is much more than answering phones – this person will serve as the Director of First Impressions for our company. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, creates positive customer experiences, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors
  • Organize and support company-wide communications
  • Answer phones and direct communications professionally
  • Support the Leadership Team with administrative tasks and projects
  • Maintain clean and organized common office areas
  • Purchase and manage office supplies
  • Assist with social media and marketing efforts
  • Organize and support with event planning
  • Help keep daily office operations running smoothly

What Success Looks Like:

  • Customers, vendors and visitors feel welcomed and are immediately assisted from the moment they enter the office or call the company
  • Leadership Team members receive timely administrative support and can operate more efficiently because of strong organization, communication and follow-through
  • Office supplies and administrative needs are proactively managed without disruption to operation
  • Social media and marketing efforts are maintained consistently and professionally
  • Tasks are completed accurately, on time and with minimal supervision
  • The Office Manager demonstrates initiative, positivity, dependability, and strong attention to detail
  • The office environment operates smoothly, professionally, and with a high level of energy and hospitality

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
