Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our growing specialty team in Lima, Ohio. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment that emphasizes patient-centered care, innovation, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
  • Perform a variety of ENT surgical procedures utilizing current evidence-based techniques.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, surgical procedures, and recovery expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Eligible for unrestricted Ohio medical licensure.
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
