Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility, you will place advertisements and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruitment plan, that you’ll develop and execute, ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.  Â

Essential Job FunctionsÂ
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirementsÂ
- Develop and execute a recruitment plan and deliver effective orientationsÂ
- Source and screen resume to identify qualified candidatesÂ
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualificationsÂ
- Manage the hiring process from offer to onboardingÂ
- Create an ongoing candidate pipelineÂ
- Manage paperless recruiting operationsÂ
- Monitor the effectiveness of all ad campaignsÂ
- Participate in job fairs and community eventsÂ
ExperienceÂ
- High school diploma or GED preferredÂ
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related fieldÂ
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)Â
- Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordÂ
- Strong communications skills, both oral and writtenÂ
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Salary Range: $22.64 - $28.30 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
