Bartender - Spring and Main

Overview: For this position, we are seeking friendly and upbeat individuals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment and aim to deliver a quality customer experience. Bartending opportunities at Spring & Main offer the versatility of working in multiple bar environments or finding your niche at just one.

Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with guests
• Develop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus, as well as beverage recipes
• Accurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer order
• Clean and sanitize all workspaces and food/beverage surfaces per restaurant protocols
• Provide safe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifying signs of intoxication
• Manage Guest Checkout Process by Efficiently and Responsibly Handling Cash and Credit Card Transactions
• Effectively Communicate with Serving, Kitchen, and Management Teams to Provide Quality Customer Service
• Mix cocktails - following house recipes while using correct measurements for liquor pours
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with Health Department Regulations

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Bartending and/or Cocktail Mixing Experience Preferred
• Enthusiasm for Customer Service and a Guest-First Mentality
• Basic computer literacy
• Basic math skills
• Must be 21+ to apply
