Candidates must have 4 years or more of experience, preferably in law enforcement, military, or related security fields.
A Red SORA and CCW Carry Permit, along with a valid driver's license and a clean criminal record, are mandatory for consideration.

*Law enforcement professionals (retired or active), Military background, or related security experience
*Red SORA and CCW Carry Permit
