Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Fraud Investigations Intern will gain experience in the Fraud Investigations field by providing support to the FRAML team. This position will assist with a variety of special projects and support functions designed to achieve the overall strategic objectives of the Fraud department.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with Fraud Investigations team and other appropriate business units to create simple fraud-prevention guides that are shared when members open accounts
- Develop fraud awareness modules teaching members how to spot phishing and secure their accounts
- Help create timely awareness campaigns (emails, posters, social posts) for seasonal campaigns (tax season, holidays, etc.)
- Create materials frontline staff can use to educate customers during interactions
- Work with Fraud Investigations and various business units to incorporate departmental reporting into the fraud monitoring system
- Create standardized reporting templates for fraud investigations to streamline documentation
- Create scorecards for various quality reviews and assist with completion of quality reviews
- SharePoint projects – adding resources, maintenance, etc.
- Additional projects as needed

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Currently attending a college or university and have taken intermediate level courses typically in the third year of study.
- Pursuit of degree in Criminal Justice preferred
