Position Overview  

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support and execute our day-to-day marketing and communications efforts across multiple brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in consistent, quality execution, keeping our brand visible, our communications timely, and our community presence strong. You'll work closely with leadership and external partners and grow into a broader strategic role as the organization expands. 


Key Responsibilities 

Brand & Communications 

  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and entities 
  • Manage logos, templates, and visual identity assets 
  • Produce marketing collateral including print materials, presentations, and digital graphics 
  • Ensure all communications align with company mission and community impact 

Content & Digital Presence 

  • Write and publish announcements, social media content, newsletters, and campaign copy 
  • Maintain and update company websites and Google Business pages 
  • Capture, coordinate, and post photo and video content from project sites, community events, and company initiatives 
  • Support email marketing, e-blast distribution, and basic campaign execution 

Events & Community Engagement 

  • Coordinate logistics for groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and community events including venues, permits, guest lists, and vendors 
  • Develop run-of-show documents and manage day-of execution 
  • Capture and distribute post-event content 

Public Relations & External Communications 

  • Write and distribute press releases and stakeholder announcements 
  • Coordinate communications with community partners and city officials 
  • Support the organization's reputation and visibility in the communities we serve 

Project Coordination 

  • Manage marketing timelines and priorities across multiple active projects 
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to keep initiatives on track 
  • Execute projects independently from kickoff through completion 


Qualifications 

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field 
  • Strong writer across formats including web, social, press releases, and marketing collateral 
  • Graphic design proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Proven ability to plan and execute events with multiple stakeholders, from logistics and vendor coordination to day-of execution 
  • Comfortable on-site and in the community, capturing content at project sites and events is part of the job 
  • Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects without close supervision 
  • Professional presence and comfort interacting with media, city officials, and community partners 
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms like Squarespace, CRM tools, and AI-assisted content workflows
