Position Overview Â
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support and execute our day-to-day marketing and communications efforts across multiple brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in consistent, quality execution, keeping our brand visible, our communications timely, and our community presence strong. You'll work closely with leadership and external partners and grow into a broader strategic role as the organization expands.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Brand & CommunicationsÂ
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and entitiesÂ
- Manage logos, templates, and visual identity assetsÂ
- Produce marketing collateral including print materials, presentations, and digital graphicsÂ
- Ensure all communications align with company mission and community impactÂ
Content & Digital PresenceÂ
- Write and publish announcements, social media content, newsletters, and campaign copyÂ
- Maintain and update company websites and Google Business pagesÂ
- Capture, coordinate, and post photo and video content from project sites, community events, and company initiativesÂ
- Support email marketing, e-blast distribution, and basic campaign executionÂ
Events & Community EngagementÂ
- Coordinate logistics for groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and community events including venues, permits, guest lists, and vendorsÂ
- Develop run-of-show documents and manage day-of executionÂ
- Capture and distribute post-event contentÂ
Public Relations & External CommunicationsÂ
- Write and distribute press releases and stakeholder announcementsÂ
- Coordinate communications with community partners and city officialsÂ
- Support the organization's reputation and visibility in the communities we serveÂ
Project CoordinationÂ
- Manage marketing timelines and priorities across multiple active projectsÂ
- Coordinate cross-functionally to keep initiatives on trackÂ
- Execute projects independently from kickoff through completionÂ
QualificationsÂ
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related fieldÂ
- Strong writer across formats including web, social, press releases, and marketing collateralÂ
- Graphic design proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative SuiteÂ
- Proven ability to plan and execute events with multiple stakeholders, from logistics and vendor coordination to day-of executionÂ
- Comfortable on-site and in the community, capturing content at project sites and events is part of the jobÂ
- Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects without close supervisionÂ
- Professional presence and comfort interacting with media, city officials, and community partnersÂ
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms like Squarespace, CRM tools, and AI-assisted content workflowsÂ
