ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Must be able to anticipate potential problems and apply solutions and preventative measures.
- Complete daily cycle counts, receipt adjustment, and support of Physical Inventory requirements.
- Achieve Daily production Targets.
- Excellent Attendance.
- Must be able to operate equipment Forklift and Tugger.
- Must be flexible to support extraordinaries production requirement.
- Able to investigate abnormal situation and document findings utilizing Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and able present information to large group of associates.
- Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
- Support and direct daily company production and projects

Safety/Environment:
- Follow safety rules and requirements
- Ensure work area is clean (5s at end of shift)
Â
Quality
- Maintain Inventory Accuracy daily
- Report any inventory irregularities to supervisor immediately
Cost:
- Ensure correct receipt of all parts in both GCCS and GPCS (SOX)
Delivery:
- Support overtime (scheduled or unscheduled)
- Monitor receiving areas to ensure correct receipt

Morale:
- Interact with team members and customer daily in a positive way
- Treat all associates consistently and respectfully
- Raise concerns/issues immediately to management

Training:
- Train on SOPs as presented by management
- Skill advancement courses are available

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Post-high school education (2 - 4-year degree in Operations Management), Business or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Able to interact professionally within the company with our customer and associates.
- Able to lead project teams and present information to management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able and willing to work any shift, hours, holidays, weekends, or overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass Hair Follicle Testing and Badging Process through HMA.
- Computer skills- Microsoft Office; GCCS/GPCS
- Successful completion of Microsoft Assessment Test will be required
