Essential Functions: 1.    Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “ELITE” company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. 2.    Greet Guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with requests such as directions, property questions, and reservations. 3.    Respond to all Guest inquiries in accordance with established company policy, procedures, and AAA Four Diamond standards. 4.    Escort hotel Guests to their rooms. 5.    Assist with Guests’ luggage and belongings to and from rooms and vehicles. 6.    Check baggage for Guests at front desk and assist with luggage pick up and drop off. 7.    Offer information pertaining to available on-property services and facilities and off-property points of interest, entertainment, and attractions. 8.    Log, track and dispatch bell services in the hotel. 9.    Handle group luggage, wheelchair, laundry, mail, and room deliveries as assigned. 10.    As assigned, assist with delivery and retrieval of materials and items to and from banquet facilities. 11.    Explain room features to the Guests; ensure furnishings are in order and amenities are adequate. 12.    Perform the functions of a Door Person and Greeter for the Hotel. 13.    Participate in daily pre-shift meetings outlining activities and expectations to ensure service standards are achieved and maintained. 14.    Interact with Guests, Team Members and Management in a courteous and professional manner. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: 1.    High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 2.    Previous bell service experience at a AAA Four Diamond hotel is preferred.  3.    Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, Guests and outside agencies in both written and verbal form. 4.    Basic computer skills are required. 5.    Must be at least 18 years of age. 6.    Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License. Physical Requirements: 1.    Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols. 2.    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance, and may be required to lift weights above 50 lbs. with assistance from other Team Members. 3.    Must be able to do extensive walking, standing, bending and lifting for the duration of shift. 4.    Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment. Work Conditions: Work will be primarily conducted in the Hotel guest rooms and lobby, which may be hot, cold, noisy, and in the presence of secondhand smoke.  Work will occasionally be conducted outdoors during periods of inclement weather.  Team Members may be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp.  These tasks include the maintenance and care of an assigned area.  Frequent contact with fellow Team Members and Guests is standard.
