We are looking for a Front Office Specialist who is patient-focused, energetic, and eager to grow with an elite team of ten esteemed ophthalmologists and two proficient optometrists. If you have a positive attitude and a passion for service, we’ll provide the on-the-job training you need to succeed in the medical field.   What Your Day Will Look Like: Be the Face of the Clinic: Welcoming patients, checking them in/out, and managing the first impression of our practice. Coordinate Care: Scheduling appointments, routing calls, and ensuring a smooth patient flow. Expert Administration: Verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and maintaining accurate records. On the Move: Joining our team at satellite clinics 1–3 times a month to serve our broader community.   The Schedule: Full-Time: 80 hours per pay period (every two weeks). Work-Life Balance: Hours vary between 6:15 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday.  RequirementsWhat You’ll Need: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong computer/keyboarding skills and attention to detail. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
