We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team full-time on night shift. If you thrive in a quieter environment where you can provide focused, individualized care and make a meaningful difference in residents' lives, this is the perfect opportunity.

As a night shift nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring residents' safety, comfort, and continuity of care overnight. You'll collaborate with a supportive team while working more independently to monitor conditions, respond to needs, and provide high-quality clinical care in a calm, patient-centered setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and company policies
  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Respond to call lights, emergencies, and overnight care needs
  • Complete thorough documentation in a timely manner
  • Support and communicate effectively with CNAs and other team members
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact license, if applicable)
  • Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
