POSITION SUMMARY
Provides strategic executive-level support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and IT leadership team. Oversees a wide range of
administrative, financial, and operational functions on behalf of the department. Serves as a key liaison with internal and external
stakeholders, coordinates departmental initiatives, and ensures smooth execution of IT operations, projects, and communications.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provides confidential executive-level administrative support, including managing the CIO's calendar, travel, meetings, and
communications.
* Serves as a primary point of contact and liaison between the CIO, IT leadership, vendors, and other departments.
* Coordinates agendas, logistics, and follow-up for executive meetings, briefings, and events.
* Creates and manages purchase orders, invoices, and vendor records; assists with IT budget tracking, forecasting, and
reporting.
* Supports project execution by tracking milestones, monitoring departmental KPIs, and preparing status updates and
presentations.
* Oversees vendor management, contract renewals, procurement compliance, and IT asset tracking.
* Maintains departmental records, documentation, and communication channels, including onboarding and training logistics.
* Coordinates internal events, team activities, and staff communications to support departmental culture and engagement.
* Maintains confidentiality and safeguards sensitive information in all communications and documentation.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
* Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience using Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneDrive
* Proficiency in using SharePoint
* Skilled in budget tracking, procurement systems and vendor coordination
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's Degree; or five or more years of executive-level administrative or operational support experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
