Qualifications and Skills:
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills required, including experience using CMMS/work order management software
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
- Ability to read basic blueprints, manuals, and work instructions
- Good problem-solving skills
- Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to safety
Job Duties:
- Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records using maintenance software/CMMS systems
- Respond to and troubleshoot building, equipment, and facility maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility, including minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and the facility to identify maintenance needs
- Assist with installation, setup, and minor repair of equipment as needed
- Perform general labor and outdoor maintenance tasks, including grounds and facility upkeep
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
