A capable, passionate mental health professional who is always looking to make a positive impact on others. You understand the connection between mental health and substance use disorders, and are dedicated to helping individuals who are trying to improve their lives. You're adaptable, motivated, and excel at time management. You find fulfillment not just in helping others, but in being part of a team providing industry-leading behavioral healthcare to those in need.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO
- Work positively as a team member within an outpatient facility, using an Open Access model to provide same-day services. (We're really excited about this! If you have questions about this model, we'd love to talk to you about how it works!)- Perform initial, comprehensive assessments to persons interested in receiving services
- Develop a biopsychosocial, individualized treatment plan for each consumer - and constantly update the plan with that person's needs, strengths, and issues as they arise
- Maintain a caseload of individuals working on both mental health and substance use concerns simultaneously
- Lead one to two group therapy sessions each week
- Utilize experience and education to provide expert therapeutic services - Make a huge difference in the lives of people who need support to turn their lives around

Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience working with persons with co-occurring issues
- LMHP or LIMHP (provisional licenses are acceptable!)
