Position Title: Production Associate
Pay Rate: $21.40/hr

The Job You Will Perform:
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Accurately reading gauges and other testing equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math and performing product inspections
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documentation while following work instructions
- Performing general housekeeping and clean up duties including blowing down machines, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping machine areas, and collecting and shredding scrap material
- Working overtime, including Saturdays, as business conditions require

Ability and desire to work safely and follow all safety procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment

- Ability to add and subtract units of measure and accurately read, copy, count, and record figures
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, and reach at or below shoulder level throughout the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical job duties in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures
- Dependable attendance
