The Account and Client Relationship Manager serves as a liaison between the company and internal and external partners. This position is a subject matter expert responsible for completing moderately complex projects to include conducting analysis and adjusting processes to solve problems. This position may serve as a resource to other associates using broad business understanding.

 

  • This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.

What you do:

  • Develop and maintain trusted internal and client relationships by providing responsive service, anticipating needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the account lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate service or solution.
  • Educate clients on available services, programs, and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate service requests and resolve client concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen satisfaction, loyalty, and reliability
  • Handle daily emails and calls, facilitate communication with the appropriate departments, and follow through to confirm issues and requests are resolved efficiently and accurately
  • Partner with Business Development Sales team to identify and resolve escalated issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, requests, and resolutions in company systems.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Business, Communication, or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience required.
  • Experience in insurance preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
