Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lincoln, NE
Looking for a role where you can truly see the impact of your care? Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team, you'll provide individualized speech-language therapy that helps patients improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life while building meaningful relationships throughout their recovery.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy focused on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing function
- Educate patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members on treatment strategies and home programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and rehabilitation team members to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Nebraska
