About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for toddlers.
- Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Engage with children through play-based learning and hands-on activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and development.
- Monitor and assess children's growth and development milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Assist in Potty Training
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Experience in Potty Training
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
