Build a Year-Round Career in Industrial Concrete Repair and Specialty Construction

CCS Group is seeking a proactive, dependable, and safety-focused bilingual Traveling Construction Foreman to provide hands-on leadership to crews performing specialized concrete repair, protection, maintenance, and construction projects throughout the United States.

The Foreman works closely with the Construction Superintendent to coordinate daily jobsite activities, guide crew members, maintain safety and quality standards, and keep projects moving according to schedule. This is a working leadership position, meaning the Foreman leads by example and performs construction work alongside the crew.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required because the Foreman must effectively communicate safety requirements, work assignments, training, performance expectations, and jobsite concerns to English-speaking and Spanish-speaking crew members.

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional who is bilingual (English/Spanish) and is ready to take the next step in leadership, communicates clearly, and can direct the crew when the Superintendent is unavailable.

CCS Core Values: Be Willing. Be Trusted. Be Innovative. Be Proud. Be Safe.

Why Join CCS Group?

  • Year-round employment with no routine seasonal winter layoffs
  • Competitive hourly pay with significant overtime earning potential
  • Typical rotation of four to seven weeks on assignment, followed by approximately four to five days at home
  • Additional home time may be provided following longer project assignments, based on operational needs

  • Dedicated crew that generally remains together across projects
  • Annual compensation reviews and potential pay increases
