What you’ll do:

• Turn and maintain apartments to high standards
• Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and inviting
• Manage inventory and work closely with the community property manager
• Work with our entire maintenance crew on an on-call emergency rotation

What we’re looking for:

✅ 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience is required; HVAC certification is recommended

✅ Valid driver’s license

✅ Strong repair, customer service, and problem-solving skills

✅ Positive, teachable attitude

(While Certifications are not required, your final base pay reflects relative industry experience and credentials)
