Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive personal care, hygiene, and mobility support.

• Assist with medication reminders, incontinence care, and customized care plans.

• Handle light housekeeping, meal preparation, and client transport.

• Assess safety, manage client needs, and accurately log shift updates

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of facility (ALF/Nursing Home) or home health experience preferred (CNA/Med-Aide a plus).

• Proven reliability, strong organizational skills, and calm crisis management.

• Experience with dementia care, Hoyer lifts, or gait belts is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, insurance, and background clearance.
