Sonic Summary

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the growth and development of infants for multiple positions in our Infant Area.
Both Lead and Assistant opportunities are available, welcoming applicants of all experience levels.
The salary for these positions is competitive, and candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of their background.
For the Lead position, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in childcare or classroom management, while the Assistant role prefers some childcare experience.
All applicants must be 18 years or older, with specific educational qualifications required for the Lead role.

Qualifications

18+ Years Old
Assistant : Experience in childcare preferred
Lead: Meet one of the following:
- Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
- Have a Child Development Associate Credential
- Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
- 3+ years experience in childcare or classroom management preferred.
