About the Role:
Join the KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as a Part-Time Closer! This exciting role from 1 PM to 6 PM allows you to make a difference in the lives of children while working in a nurturing and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth transition during closing hours, providing exceptional customer service to parents and children.
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and enriching environment.
- Assist in the daily cleaning and organization of classrooms and common areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and any important updates.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure all activities are completed and facilities are secured.
- Maintain accurate records of daily attendance and incident reports.
- Support the development and implementation of educational activities.
- Uphold the KIDS 'R' KIDS standards of excellence in all interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
- Must pass background checks and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
- Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the academy.
