  • Lead weekly coach meetings and ongoing professional development initiatives

  • Conduct coaching observations and performance evaluations

  • Hold coaches accountable to D1 standards, expectations, and member experience goals

  • Build a culture of professionalism, positivity, and continuous improvement

  • Manage coach scheduling and staffing needs

  • Build strong relationships with athletes and families

  • Support trial workouts, athlete evaluations, and onboarding experiences

  • Partner with sales staff to improve conversion and retention metrics

  • Assist with camps, combines, team training opportunities, and community outreach events

  • Serve as a leader and ambassador for the D1 Training brand within the community

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in strength and conditioning, personal training, sports performance, or athletic development

  • Experience coaching group training sessions in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, movement mechanics, and injury prevention

  • Ability to motivate athletes and create a positive training atmosphere

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • CPR/AED certification required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Performance, or a related field

  • Prior leadership experience managing, mentoring, or developing coaching staff

  • Experience coaching youth athletes ages 7–18

  • Understanding of long-term athletic development principles

  • CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) strongly preferred

  • NASM, NSCA, USAW, ACE, FMS, or other nationally recognized certifications preferred

Who You Are

  • You lead by example and set a high standard for those around you.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • You take ownership and solve problems without being asked.

  • You are passionate about developing both athletes and coaches.

  • You bring energy, professionalism, and positivity every day.

  • You care deeply about creating an elite training experience.
