Base Rate Range: $39.00 - $43.00/hr

Responsibilities for a Baylor Registered Nurse:

• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information.

Qualifications for a Baylor Registered Nurse:

• Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) or above required.
• Clear and active RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• Min 1 yr experience as a nurse in SNF/LTC
