What You'll Do
- Create 3D surface and solid models of rubber parts using CAD/CAM software
- Design molds, extrusion dies, form tooling, and peripheral tooling
- Interpret sketches, drawings, and sample parts
- Perform advanced surface modeling
- Support production timelines and estimates
- Design tooling for CNC, EDM, and fabrication equipment
- Collaborate with machinists, toolmakers, and vendors

What You Bring
- Mold design or toolmaking experience
- Strong CAD/CAM and modeling skills
- Knowledge of CNC programming and reverse engineering
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset

Starting pay: $36.00 per hour
