We’re looking for a skilled Tool & Die Technician / Toolmaker who enjoys hands-on work, solving machining challenges, and building tooling that directly supports high-quality plastic extrusion products. What You’ll Do Build, repair, and maintain plastic extrusion dies and precision tooling. Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, and drill presses. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications. Machine metal components to tight tolerances and production standards. Inspect parts and tooling using precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot tooling issues affecting extrusion flow, product quality, and dimensional accuracy. Assemble and test tooling to ensure proper fit and performance during production runs.
