Our HVAC Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes. Faithco is growing and this is a great opportunity to join a team of great people. What will my day look like?

  • Diagnose common and diverse HVAC emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform HVAC related services
  • Strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills
  • Competent use of modern HVAC tools/equipment
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
  • Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills.         
  • Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements and provide replacement options as necessary.


Do I have what it takes?

  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.
  • Valid Texas drivers license with at least 3 years of driving history. 
  • EPA certification and registered with the State of Texas
  • Mechanical aptitude    
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment                                 
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently with a high attention to detail. 
  • Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes
  • Service knowledge of 16+ seer systems and heat pumps                            
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
