We are hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) across Texas to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
  • Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
  • Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs)
  • Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document care in an electronic medical record system
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
  • Current CPR certification

Preferred:

  • At least 1+ year of pediatric occupational therapy experience
  • Home health experience
