AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain features, options, and benefits
• Present pricing, financing options, and close sales
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and generate referrals
• Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Deliver a customer-first experience to drive repeat business and high CSI
QUALIFICATIONS
✔ Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, or customer service)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
✔ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
✔ Bilingual is a plus (not required)
SCHEDULE
Full-Time Position
5–6 Day Work Week
Weekend Availability Required
