About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate regularly with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, trade schools, and community organizations to support workforce pipelines
• Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs and campus recruiting. 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
