Professional Dental is a growing dental organization committed to providing exceptional patient care across multiple locations in Utah. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is essential in supporting recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and overall team management across our offices.

Compensation: $20–25/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Support employee relations and assist with HR-related questions and concerns
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date
  • Assist with scheduling, team communication, and internal coordination
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support management with staffing needs and performance follow-up
  • Coordinate trainings and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, office management, or similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
