Role Summary
We are seeking a self-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator & Account Manager Trainee. This role is designed for a motivated professional eager to grow within our organization. You will begin by supporting our sales department with essential administrative operations, with a clear path to evolving into an Account Manager as you master our systems and processes. You will be the backbone of our client-facing operations, ensuring that every detail from document management to sample shipments is handled with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Logistics Coordination: Manage daily administrative tasks, including document tracking, signature collection, and coordinating the shipping of client samples.
Process Development: Proactively build and maintain organizational systems (e.g., trackers, spreadsheets) to streamline department workflows.
Client & Internal Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring clear, professional communication and timely follow-up on all commitments.

Work Schedule
This is an on-location, full-time assignment in our Lindon, Utah, office. Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
What We Offer
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
