SwimKids Utah is looking for an energetic and friendly Customer Service / Sales Rep to help families understand our program and enroll their swimmers in the right classes. What You'll Do

As a Customer Service / Sales Rep, you'll be the friendly voice and welcoming presence of SwimKids. In this role, you will:

• Help families understand their class options and enroll in the right lessons

• Keep our class schedule organized and accurate

• Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions and concerns

• Provide a positive, helpful experience for every family

• Support a fun, health-focused environment for kids and parents
