Job Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist with new bank account opening

  • Review and release payments in bank portals, confirm payment accuracy against invoices to mitigate potential payment fraud

  • Monitor daily operational cash requirements across global bank accounts and invested/redeem funds as needed

  • Administer the corporate card program, review card applications, enroll new card holders and resolve card issues as they arise

  • Investigate and respond to call center issues related to credit card purchases and refunds

  • Manage banking relationships through annual and ad hoc issues (KYC, signer updates, fee analysis)

  • Coordinate the finance side of chargeback disputes with the fraud team

  • Identify and question processes to improve all functions of treasury and our interaction with other teams

  • Download and maintain monthly bank statements for accounting reconciliations

  • Collect, compile and maintain global FBAR data for annual tax reporting

  • Accurately collect, count, code, deposit, and report all checks/cash weekly

  • Track and request cash for petty cash transactions (misc trips, convention, personal reimbursement)

  • Execute, review and approve foreign exchange trades as directed by the Treasurer or Treasury Manager

  • Prepare detailed reports of cash transactions and banking flow to effectively present and communicate with auditors quarterly/annually

  • Ad hoc assignments

 Job Qualifications:

 

  • Familiarity with CRM, InfoTrack and SAP

  • Ambitious/motivated individual, proactive

  • Willing to take on new assignments

  • Ability to work independently and solve problems

  • Strong communication skills

  • Relevant computer knowledge and experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to prioritize issues

  • Focused attention for detail

  • Working toward a Finance or Accounting degree
