All About Caring Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team supporting an adult receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). We are hiring multiple caregivers to provide 24-hour coverage and are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others live safely and independently.

Position Summary

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in the client's home and community. You'll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, ensure the client's health and safety, and help achieve goals identified in the person's support plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support community outings and social engagement
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Monitor the client's health, safety, and well-being
• Complete accurate daily documentation
• Follow the individual's support plan and company policies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and the care team

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous DSP, PCA, caregiving, or healthcare experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care
