Senior Software Engineer - Cybersecurity & DevOps

The Opportunity

CACI is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to critical cybersecurity initiatives! We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with DevOps experience to enhance our Active Network Defense (AND), Computer Network Defense (CND), and Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) capabilities. Responsibilities

• Develop applications, APIs, scripts, and services.

• Work on new requirements, application enhancements, and bug fixes.

• Maintain code in a Git repository.

• Create DevOps configuration files and scripts.

• Assist with escalated customer tickets.

• Route, transform, and enrich data.

• Collaborate with data source and data destination customers.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

• 14+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.

• API development experience.

• Scripting skills (preferably Python).

• Proficiency with Git and Jira.

• Experience in at least four of the following technologies:

  • JavaScript

  • Regular Expressions (RegEx)

  • REST Services

  • Python frameworks

  • Elasticsearch/Splunk

  • CI/CD processes

  • Monitoring tools (Nagios, Elastic Beats)

  • Apache NiFi

  • React or Angular

  • DevOps tools (Ansible, Salt, Docker)

  • Cribl
