Physician - Internal Medicine-Pediatrics - Wyoming, MN

Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Wyoming.  Join our thriving practice that has strong community involvement since opening more than 20 years ago.  

Practice Details: 

• 16 provider primary carepractice including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. 
• Patient encounters average 18-22patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week. 
• Call Frequency:  approximately 1:20 - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage
• Openings: 1.0 FTE Flexible schedule. 
• As an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. 
• Fully integratedElectronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Required Qualifications

• Medical Doctorate degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) or foreign equivalent from an accredited school of medicine.
• Graduate of an accredited ACGME or AOA training program.
• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
