Nutrition Services Aide - Wyoming

Fairview is looking for a Nutrition Services Aide for Lakes Medical Center located in Wyoming, MN! This position offers 16 hours every 2-week pay period and is not benefit eligible

This person will work every Thursday from 6am- 2:30pm.

The Nutrition Services Aide prepares and portions food, assembles and disassembles patient trays in a safe manner, serves customers, delivers, and retrieves patient trays

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions food appropriately for designated area
• Prepares and delivers patient nourishments and tube feeding per department standards.
• Plates and serves food
• Accurately place correct item on tray in proper location in accordance with department productivity standards.
• Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP standard operating procedures.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Serves customers in cafeterias, doctor’s dining rooms and other non-patient locations.
• Accurately operates cash register.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, using the English language.
• Basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting.
