About Us
We are a kids indoor playground in Exton, PA, dedicated to making every visit fun, safe, and memorable for kids and families. We host play sessions, birthday parties, and special events.
Position Overview
We are hiring Play Center Associates to join our children’s indoor playground. Team members may assist in different areas as needed, including front desk, playground floor, and birthday party support.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk:
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle admissions, waivers, memberships, party bookings, calls, and payments.
- Keep the front desk and common areas clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management.
Floor staff:
- Supervise children, enforce safety/playground rules, and assist parents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
- Follow check-in/out and safety procedures.
- Assist with party setup, cleanup, and guest needs.
- Restock supplies and report safety or maintenance concerns.
- Stay active throughout the shift and handle unexpected situations calmly.
- Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds consistently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Friendly, upbeat, and customer service focused
- Able to multitask in a busy, family focused environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
- Basic computer/POS skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Schedule
- Weekdays, weekends, and holidays may be required
- Part-time
