Hybrid Work (mandatory 3 days in the office)
- Independently monitor, analyze, and challenge NPL performance, and overall credit risk trends, and risk metrics in line with the Group Internal Risk Policies and within the LOD2 (second line of defense) framework.
- Prepare robust data, analysis, and materials for Risk Committees and Senior governance forums.
- Design, execute, and document second-line credit risk controls, ensuring compliance with Internal Group Risk Policies and regulatory expectations.
- Proactively liaise with LOD1 (ie. Finance, Commerce, Operations), and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective issue remediation
Requirements:
Strong analytical mindset, team player, proactive and curious.
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Native or proficient Portuguese (written and spoken)
Previously in contact and working in credit risk is valued, but not mandatory
Academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, Engineering, or similar.
